🇺🇸 US: Import duties and taxes on US orders are calculated and charged at checkout, so there's nothing extra to pay when your parcel arrives. These charges are non-refundable.

A few important notes:

• We're not able to refund customs duties or taxes once they've been collected — if you return an item or think you've been charged incorrectly, you'll need to reclaim this directly through US Customs and Border Protection, as we don't have access to these funds.
• If a parcel is refused or returned to us undelivered, we may deduct any associated costs from your refund.
